The terms and conditions stated below are applicable to any sale of items between the customer and EpithuxikHarmonie when ordering from our website www.epithuxikharmonie.com

Privacy Policy

Your trust is important to us, so our Privacy Policy is in accordance with current regulations. The secure server software on this website encrypts your personal information to ensure that it remains protected. Any information asked for including credit card details, names or addresses are used for the processing of orders and may be used by EpithuxikHarmonie to contact you during said process. By using this website, you agree and consent with said processing of information and warrant that all data that you provide is accurate.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with EpithuxikHarmonie you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Any additional charges, including delivery costs, will be included in the final total.

Images and Descriptions

In some cases, colours shown in photographs may differ slightly from that in natural light as most of our products are being photographed in a photo studio. All care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are true to the best of our knowledge.

Shipping

All of our jewellery & accessories are hand-made in our London based atelier, each item is produced in a small quantity to avoid any waste and mass-production.

Please allow between 1 to 4 weeks for completion and shipping of your order.

When your order has been completed and posted, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can follow your item(s) journey to you.

Returns

If you wish to return your item, we are happy to either exchange or refund your order (excluding earrings) if returned within 30 days. All items* must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please note that any charges incurred during the returns process are not the responsibility of EpithuxikHarmonie. Please ensure your piece/s are securely packaged as EpithuxikHarmonie does not accept responsibility for items damaged during transit.

If you wish to return your purchase please follow the steps bellow :

1. Email epithuxikharmonie@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Post your purchase in its original packaging to : A return address will be provided to you once you have emailed us.

It is your responsibility to securely package your products as a refund will not be granted if the item(s) is/are damaged during transit.

Full refunds will only be offered if an item is faulty upon delivery, not including damage during transit. EpithuxikHarmonie will take total care that all items are packaged securely. Damage does not include wear and tear once the item has been worn such as scratches, tarnishing, snapped settings, broken chains, chipped stones or deformation of pieces. Items are photographed upon completion showing them in their final state prior to being sent to you.

*We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.

Misuse of Website

You must not use our website in any way that causes damage to the website itself or impairment of performance, availability, accessibility, integrity or security of the website. You must also not use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful. You must not hack or otherwise tamper with our website as well as probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our website without our knowledge.
